Meet Kalie McCulloch, DMD
Dr. Kalie McCulloch is a native Utahn who has always harbored a deep affection for the California landscape. During her formative years, she frequently visited California and soon made it her aspiration to establish roots in the state. As a proud Utah State University Aggie, where she pursued a degree in Biochemistry, she revisited a childhood curiosity of dentistry that led to studying at Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM).
During her time at HSDM, Dr. McCulloch developed an interest in the artistic and technical aspects of dentistry, particularly focusing on the 'prosthetic side’ - the transformative challenge of enhancing a patient's smile. This prompted her to undertake a three-year residency in Prosthodontics at the West LA Veterans Affairs Medical Center. There, she discovered a very specific field of Maxillofacial Prosthetics, recognizing the potential to make a significant impact in this patient population.
Subsequently, Dr. McCulloch completed a one-year fellowship at UCLA, sub specializing in Maxillofacial Prosthetics, where she delved into the intricate and specialized designs required to meet the unique needs of patients in the maxillofacial population. Beyond her time in the dental clinic and lab, Dr. McCulloch enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, reading, discovering new music, and staying active in any way possible.
